You may cancel your order before it has been dispatched by contacting us directly. Once your order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is damaged during delivery. If your order is damaged in transit, we will replace the product, but the delivery/shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
Proof of Damage Required
In case of damage, a video of the unboxing or clear photos of the damaged product must be shared with us on the same day of delivery. We cannot accept claims made after the day of delivery or without valid proof.
🚫 No Returns or Exchanges on COD Orders: Orders placed via Cash on Delivery (COD) — will not be eligible for return, exchange, or replacement under any circumstances.
Refunds (If Applicable) : In rare cases where a return is accepted, we will notify you once the returned product is received and verified.
Upon confirmation, the refund will be processed within 3 – 7 working days to your original payment method.
